A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLARIDA,
APPOINTING MEPYBERS TO THE PLANNING COlTffSSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH.
BE IT IiESOLVID BY THE VIId.AGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARII]A:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
members of the Planning Cotmiission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1985.
Donald E. Small
James Lonsdale
James TYtzel
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Planning Camiission
for a term ending May 1, 1984.
' 1st Alternate -John Ridgway
2nd Alternate -Ivan Simmons
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Plarming
Commission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes,
and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the trenbers appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
