ACCEPTING THE BID OF PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR CONSTRUGfiION MATERI[1IS AND
PAVING, THE NUNIFS Td BE EXPEDIDID FRCi~1 VARIOUS ACCOUNTS.
' BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Palm Beach County, copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach
in accordance with its terns. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from various accounts.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect imrediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1982.
