ACCF~TING THE BID OF MEYERS TURF, INC., WEST PAtM BEACH, FLA. FOR GRASS SOD
IN THE AMJUNT OF $.105/PER SQ. FOOT, NOT TD EXCEED $16,000.00, FR~1 ACCOUNT
N[R1BER 71-581-63.13 (DECACORTE PROJECT).
' BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDP.:
Section 1. The bid of Meyers Turf, Inc., West Palm Beach, Fla,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this accep-
tance. The mmies are to be expended fran Accotmt Number 71-581-63.13
(Delacorte Project).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
