A RESOLUTION OF 7HE VILLAGE .COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF DAWSON COMPANY, INC. FOR SEPTIC TANK
AND DRAINFIELD FOR VALERIE DELACORTE COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE AMOUNT
OF $4,900.00, FROM ACCOUNT N0. 71-581-63.13 (1981 BOND CONSTRUCTION
' FUND).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Dawson Company, Inc., copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 71-581-63.13
(1981 Bond Construction Fund).
Section 2. That the installation of a septic tank at this
location is of a temporary nature, and as soon as the sewer line is
provided in this area, the septic tank should be abandoned and the
Valerie Delacorte Community Center will be connected to the sewer
system.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1982.
