A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE PERSONNEL REGULATIONS BY REDEFINING A PART-
TIME EMPLOYEE AND ELIMINATING ANY QUESTION OF FRINGE BENEFITS FOR PART-TIME
EMPLOYEE.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2.01(N) of the Personnel Regulations of the
Village of North Palm Beach is hereby amended to read as follows:
"201(N) Part-Time Employee. An employee who is
designates ermanent art- ime or Temporary Part-
Time, who is normally scheduled to work less than
the regular number of hours scheduled in the de-
partment where he or she is employed. Said employee
is not eligible for any fringe benefits, such as sick
leave, vacation or holiday pay."
Section 2. All parts of the Personnel Regulations of the Village
of North Palm Beach in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
