A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER ELECTED BY FIRE AND POLICE
EMPLOYEES TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR FIRE AND POLICE OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person, being duly elected
by ma3ority vote by the Fire and Police Employees be, and he
is hereby, appointed a member of the Pension Board for Fire
and Police Employees of the Village of North Palm Beach to
replace Officer Mark Baker who resigned.
LAWRENCE E. JOYCE
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said
member shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 9-82.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
' send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed
above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
