A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT
BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby,
appointed a member of the Code Enforcement Board of the Village
of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1983:
BRIAN K. O'BRIEN
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the
Code Enforcement Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 163,
Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance Nos. 19-79, 25-79
and 16-82 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
' Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed
to send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member
appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
