Festivities will begin at 10:30 a.m. at Lakeside Park off Lakeside Drive. Former Mayor Judy M. Pierman and her committee --especially JoAnn Montgomery and Dolores Kurtz --have worked hard to organize a program that begins with the dedication of 14 marine and bird, wood sculptures at the park. 'This is an interesting project that I have worked on with Joyce and Ray Lilly and Sam Golden," Pierman said.
