RESOLUTION N0. 37-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS ELECTED BY FIRE AND POLICE
EMPLOYEES TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR FIRE AND POLICE OF THE VILLAGE
' OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons, being duly elected
by ma3ority vote by the Fire and Police Employees, be, and are
hereby appointed members of the Pension Board for Fire and Police
Employees of the Village of North Palm Beach. The term of office
shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 9-82.
LIEUTENANT BRUCE SEKERES
SERGEANT GEORGE WARREN
OFFICER MARK BAKER
DETECTIVE ROBERT 2~UTZ
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said
members shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 9-82.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed
above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
