North Palm Beach; it appealed to us immediately. Here was

fishing enthusiasts! While fishing is our hobby, our decision
to live here was based on the many major advantages the
village had to offer. We were impressed by the new village hall,
the modern water and sewage disposal plants, and the
plans for the new school to be built this year. Landscaped
streets and sidewalks were in and paid for. Police, fire and
sanitation departments were in full operation. Gas, electric
and telephone services are available to every lot. The future
of our investment is assured through strict zoning regulations.
Another very important feature is the North Palm
Beach Country Club it's the center of social activities
for the village; and another added incentive for living
