charge of all construction. He is a graduate Civil Engineer
of Georgia Institute of Technology and has a Florida State
General Contractors License and Certificate. He has had
many years of experience in all phases of construction in-
cluding sanitation, soil mechanics and in design, cost and
material studies.
IRA. A. HOTCHKISS, Advisory Counselor, is an indus-
trialist and civic leader who has been active in South
Florida since 1938. He is former Chairman and charter
member of the Broward County Area Planning Board,
serving for six years, a member of many civic organiza-
tions, a past Director in Hallandale Chamber of Commerce,
Past Chairman of Hallandale Nova University Funding
Committee, attended University of Michigan Undergrad-
uate School and is a graduate of University of Detroit
Law School.
PETER A. HOTCHKISS, Vice President and Secretary.
Graduate of Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana
and a graduate of the Law School of the University of
Florida, Gainesville, Florida. Member of Florida State Bar
Association, Broward Bar Association, South Broward Bar
Association and a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Frater-
nity. He is a former Assistant Attorney General of the
State of Florida. He is in charge of all of the Administra-
tive, Financing and Legal activities of the company.
