A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAT.M
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR
GENERAL EMPLOXEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, EXCEPT
' FIRE AND POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and is hereby
appointed member of the Pension Board for General Employees of
the Village of North Palm Beach, except Fire and Police. The
term of office shall be at the pleasure of the Village Council.
MARGARET TURNEY
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said
member shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 10-82.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
' send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed
above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
