A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR
FIRE AND POLICE EMPLOXEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and is hereby
appointed member of the Pension Board for Fire and Police
Employees of the Village of North Palm Beach. The term of office
shall be at the pleasure of the Village Council.

Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said
member shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 9-82
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed
above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th DAX OF JUNE, 1982.
