A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT
BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are
hereby appointed members of the Code Enforcement Board of the
Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1985.
HERBERT A. WATT
NEIL M. TURNEY
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the
Code Enforcement Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 163,
Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No. 19-79 and
Ordinance No. 25-79 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
