A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM

BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND SETTING FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are
hereby appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach
Board of Adjustment for a term ending May 1, 1983.
1st Alternate: PAMELA PECKHAM
2nd Alternate: JOHN NOSSAL
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the
Board of Adjustment shall be as set forth in Chapter 163,
Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village
of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed
above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF APRIL, 1982.
