A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby
appointed a member of the Planning Commission of the Village of
North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1983.
JAMES LONSDALE
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are
hereby appointed members of the Planning Commission of the
Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1984.
TOM KELSEY, Ph.D.
PEGGY ENDERS
Section 3. The following persons be, and they are
hereby appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach
Planning Commission for a term ending May 1, 1983.
1st Alternate: JOHN RIDGWAY
2nd Alternate: IVAN SIMMONS
Section 4. The duties and responsibilities of the
Planning Commission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163,
Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village
of North Palm Beach.
Section 5. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed
above.
Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
' upon passage.
