A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF COX-PALMER, FT. LAUDERDALE FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE VALERIE DELACORTE COMMUNITY CENTER, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $715,972, FROM ACCOUNT N0. 71-581-62.15 AND N0. 71-581-63.13.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Cox-Palmer, copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account No. 71-581-62.15 and No.
71-581-63.13.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

conditions relating to the construction of the proposed project, including
the availability of materials, labor and service equipment required in
