1982-17 Repealing Resolution No. 1977-35RESOLUTION N0. 17-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING RESOLUTION N0. 35-77 AND ADOPTING PERSONNEL
REGULATIONS FOR VILLAGE EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 35-77 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The Personnel Regulations attached to this
Resolution as Exhibit No. 1 are hereby adopted and shall apply to
employees of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
