A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AWARDING BIDS TO VARIOUS VENDORS FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE
NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB CLUBHOUSE IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$65,644.20 TO BE EXPENDED FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bids of:
Vanderwall Fire Protection - Fire Sprinklers $16,500.00
Green Electric - Fire Alarm (Edwards System) 7,083.20
Farmer-Irwin - Air Conditioning 14,682.00
Farmer-Irwin - Heat Recovery System 23,442.00
Farmer-Irwin - AHU ~p4 3,937.00
copies of which are attached to this Resolution, are hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with their terms.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidders of this acceptance.
