A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF RANGER CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES, INC.,
FOR THE WIDENING AND RESUP.FACING OF LIGHTHOUSE DRIVE FROM PROSPERITY
FARMS ROAD TO WEST VILLAGE LIMITS, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$36,000, FROM ACCOUNT IQO. 34-541-46.83 (WIDEN/OVERLAY-LIGHTHOUSE DRIVE).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Ranger Construction Industries, Inc.,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account Ydo. 34-541-46.83 (widen/overlay-Lighthouse Drive).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

This is to advise that Ranger Construction Industries, Inc. is agreeable
to construction and resurfacing of various projects within the Villaye
of North Palrn Beach under our current Palm Beach County Blanket Purchase
Orders, as follows:
P.O.~ 28686 Contract for furnishing, hauling and placing
surface course and sand asphalt hot mix.
P.O.#' 27967 Prime contract for equipment rental and
construction crews.
P.O.k 27973 Alternate contract for equipment rental
and construction crews.
P.O.# ?9064 Contract for construction and removal
of concrete driveways, curbs, sidewalks
and traffic separators.
P. U. r9 29057 Alternate contract for furnishing and
,, applying bituminous material for prime/tack
coat, cover material and armour coat.
k'e have enclosed copies of these Purchase Orders and a copy of the Palm
beach County Districts map reflecting that the Village of North Palm
Beach lies within District One.

widening of Lighthouse Drive to 24 Feet and resurfacing from Prosperity
Farms Road Westerly to the Village limits.
1. Grading for Base - Estimated cost, supervision,
labor and equipment rental $ 9,200.00
2. 4" Asphalt Base - 273 Tons @ 32.48 II,867.04
3. 1" lype II A. C. S. C. - 454 Tons @ 31.69 14,387.26
TOTAL ESTIMATED AMOUNT 532,454.30
