A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM

BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF CATHEY'S CUSTOM DRAPERIES,
WEST PALP4 BEACH, FOR NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB DINING ROOM
AND BANQUET ROOM DRAPES IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,082.91, FROM
ACCOUNT N0. 63.1-572-62.11 (KITCHEN RENOVATIONS).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Cathey's Custom Draperies,

copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise
said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended
from Account No. 63.1-572-62.11 (Kitchen Renovations).
Section 2. These drapes shall not be installed until
the sprinkler system, air conditioning, etc. at thesNorth Palm
Beach Country Club has been completed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
