RESOLUTION N0. 44-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF ANN'S WORKSHOP, RIVIERA BEACH, FLORIDA,
FOR NPBCC DINING ROOM AND BANQUET ROOM DRAPES IN THE AMOUNT OF
' $3,286.50 FROM ACCOUNT N0. 63.1-572-62.11 (KITCHEN RENOVATIONS).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Ann's Workshop, Riviera Beach, Florida,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appro-
priate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of
this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No.
63.1-572-62.11 (Kitchen Renovations).
Section 2. The award of this bid shall be contingent upon the
' failure of Mac Fabrics to deliver a written five year warranty as
required in Resolution No. 43-81.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
