A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,

ACCEPTING THE BID OF MAC FABRICS, WEST PALM BEACH, FOR NPBCC DINING ROOM
AND BANQUET ROOM DRAPES IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,959.05 FROM ACCOUNT N0.
63.1-572-62.11 (KITCHEN RENOVATIONS).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Mac Fabrics, West Palm Beach, Florida,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach contingent upon our receiving a five
year warranty in writing from Mac Fabrics. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
The monies are to be expended from Account No. 63.1-572-62.11 (Kitchen
Renovation).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
