A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CONTRACTORS BOARD OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the Contractors Board of the Village of North
Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1984:
THOMAS McCARTHY, JR.
NEAL NEFF
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Contractors
Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 6 of the Village of North
Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
' conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
