A RESOLUTION OF THE VILiAGE COUNCIL OF NORTkt PALM BEACH, FLORIIIA,
DESIGNATIIVG SOUTHEAST BANK, RIVIERA BEACH BANKING CENTER, AS THE PAYING
AGENT FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAi1~I BEACH $210,000 IMPROVEMENT REVIIIUE
BONDS, SERIES 1975,
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ViTTAI;F. COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1, Southeast Bank, Riviera Beach Banking Center, is
hereby designated as the Paying Agent for the Village of North Palm Beach
$210,000 Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 1975.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Southeast
Bank, Riviera Beach Banking Center, Paying Agent Agreement, copy of which
is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect inmediately upon
passage,
