BEACH, FLORIIlA, APPOINCING MES'1BII2S TO THE MUNICIPAL FIREMEN'S
PENSION TRUST FUND BQARD OF TRUSTEES.
' BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAiM
BEACH, FIARIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 175.061, Florida
Statutes, the following persons are hereby chosen and appointed
by the Village Council to be menbers of the Board of Trustees
of the Municipal Firanen's Pension Trust Fund of the Village of
North Palm Beach, to-wit:
Mayor - V. A. Marks, M.D.
Fire Chief - Lawrence E. Joyce, Chairman
Firefighter - George J. Warren, Secretary
Firefighter - Robert Mutz
Section 2. William Carson be, and he is hereby, appointed
' by the Village Council to be the citizen of the Village who is
the ranaining member of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal
Firanen's Pension Trust Fund, in accordance with Chapter 175,
Florida Statutes.
Section 3. Ixi accordance with Chapter 175, Florida
Statutes, the appoinhnents set forth above shall be for a term
of two years from date.
Section 4. this Resolution shall take effect imnediate-
ly upon passage.
