A RESOLUPION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINPING MQ~IBERS TO THE MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICERS' RETIRII~NP FUND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES.
FLORII-A:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 185.05, Florida Statutes,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
the following persons are hereby chosen and appointed by the Village
Council to be members of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Police
Officers' Retirement Fund of the Village of North Palm Beach, to-wit:
Mayor - V, A. Marks, M.D.
Police Chief - Director (Chief) John S. Atwater, Chairman
Police Officer - Captain Raymond Funk, Secretary
Police Officer - Sergeant Robert Capobianco
Section 2. William Carson be, and he is hereby, appointed by
the Village Council to be the citizen of the Village who is the remaining
member of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Police Officers' Retirement
Fund, in accordance with Chapter 185, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. In accordance with Chapter 185, Florida Statutes,
the appointments set forth above shall be for a term of two years from date.
