A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF FLEISCHER'S, INC. FOR PAINTING THE CART SHID/MP.IIVTF.NANCE
SHID, AND PREPARING AND PAINTING FOUR (4) FERTILIZER ROOMS AT THE NORTH PALM
BEACH COUNTRY CLUB IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,647.00, FROM ACCOUNT N0. 11.1-572-46.20
' (R & M BUILDINGS & GROUNDS).
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Fleischer's Inc., a copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in
accordance with its ternis. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account No. 11-1-572-46.20 (R & M Buildings & Grounds).
Section 2, This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
