SERVICES PER UNIT PRICES BID, NOT TO EXCEID THE AN~UNT OF $3,000.00,
FROM ACCOU^lP NJ, 31-524-34.90 (MICROFIIMING) ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILSAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Microfoxms Management Corporation, copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
mmies are to be expended fran Account No. 31-524-34.90 (Microfilmuig) not
to exceed $3,000.00.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
