A RESOLUTION OF THE VT17ArF; OOUNCIL OF NORTH PAiM BEACH, FIARIIIA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF MEYER & SON FOR 74,000 SQUARE FEET OF FIARITAN GRASS
SOD AT 0.105 PER SQUARE FOOT, IN THE At~UNT OF $7,770.00, FROM ACCOUNT N0.
71-581-63.11 (ALAMANDA PARK SITE WORK).
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIfJRIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Meyer & San, copy of which is attached to this
Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance
with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. 71-581-63.11 (Alamanda Park Site Work).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12T'H DAY OF MARCH, 1981.
