ACCEPTIPdG THE BID OF BOYNIUN RESTAURANT' SUPPLY, INC. FOR ONE HOBART LOW
TEMPERATURE DISHWASHER, MODEL N0. AM-ES-12, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,152.00, FROM
ACCOUNT NO. 631-572-62.11 (KITCHEN RENOVATIONS).
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF N~tTH PAlS4 BEACH, FLORIAA:
Section 1. The bid of Boynton Restaurant Supply, Inc., copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms, the appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Accowlt No. 631-572-62.11 (Kitchen Renovations).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
appropriation of the funds.
