A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PATS1 BEACH, FLORIIIA,
ESTABLISHING THE VILIAGE OF NORTH PAiM BEACH LAW
TRUST FUND.
' WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety has been awarded under
Florida Statute 943.44 various articles of contraband through appropriate
legal seizure in accordance with Florida Statutes 943.42 and 943.43; and
WHEREAS, the proceeds from these seizures and awards must be
appropriately secured in a Law Enforcement Trust Fund; and
WHEREAS, this F~md must be established by the governic~g body of the
municipality in which the seizure took place;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILiAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FIARIAA:
Section 1. That the North Palm Beach Law Enforcenent Trust Ftmd
is hereby established in accordance with Florida Statute 943.44.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
