A RESOLUTION OF THE VILTAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF J & B SLURRY SEAL CO. FOR APPROXIMATELY 29,150 SQUARE YARDS
OF SLURRY SEAL AT A UNIT PRICE OF $0.5489 NOT Ta EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $16,000.00,
' FROM ACCOUNT N0. 34-541-46.81 (SLURRY SEAL).
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILiAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of J & B Slurry Seal Co., copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in
accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed
to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Accotmt No. 34-541-46.81 (Slurry Seal).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
