ACCEPTING THE BID OF METCALF & CO. FOR 150 TONS OF CLAY AT A UNIT PRICE OF
$14.00 PER TON, NOT TO EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $2,100.00, FROM ACCOUtdT N0.

BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILiAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Metcalf & Co., copy of which is attached to this
Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance
with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise
said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Accoant No.
36-572-52.24 (Clay, Shell, Topsoil).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
