1981-05 Appointing an Alternate Member to Board of Directors of FIRMARESOLUTION N0. 5-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE VIIdAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION N0. 41-80, AND APPOINTING A NEW ALTERNATE NIISIBER ~ THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FLORIDA INTERGOVERNMQ~TAL RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (FIRMA).
' BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 41-80 is hereby amended.
Section 2. The Village Manager, Raymond J. Howland, be and is hereby
appointed as the Village's representative on the Board of Directors of FIRMA.
The Director of Finance be and is hereby appointed as an alternate to said Board
of Directors.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a canfornied copy
of this Resolution to FIRMA.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect itmiediately upon passage.
PASSID AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF JANUARY, 1981.
