ACCEPTING THE BID OF MOTOROLA CCeR~lUNICATIONS & ELECTRONICS, INC., FOR ONE
APCOR-12 WATT SELF-CONTAINED HIGH POWERID PORTABLE FIELD TELEMETRY UNIT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $6,197.00, FROM ACCOUfdT N0. 23-526-64.40 (PORTABLE BIO-M®ICAL
TN~.EP4ETRY RADIO) .
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARILIA:
Section 1. The bid of Motorola Comrnntications & Electronics, Inc.,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village
of P]orth Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account ido. 23-526-64.40 (Portable Bio-rledical
Telemetry Radio).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
