A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIIYa, READOPTING THE 1979-80 FISCAL YEAR FINAL BUDGET
AS AMENDID UNTII, SUCH TIME AS ITS FINAL BUDGET IS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO
' SUBSECTION (2)(c) OF FIARIDA STATUTE 200.065.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY TES VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PAiS4 BEACH, PAil~1 BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLiAWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065 (2)(g)(2), the
Village of North Palm Beach hereby adopts its prior year final budget,
as amended, and shall expend monies based on said budget tmtil such time
as its tentative budget is adopted pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065(2)(c).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect i~diately upon passage.
