ACCEPTING THE BID OF CIMARON MARINE, INC. FOR ONE 1981, 150 HP MARII~R
OUTBOARD MOTOR AND INSTALLATION ON VILLAGE"S 20' PRO-LIPJE FIBERGLASS BOAT
INCLUDING CONNECTION OF ALL CONTROLS, IN THE ANDUNT OF $3,495.00, FROM
' COUNCIL CONTINGENCY, ACCOUNT N0. 61-519-99.11.
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAII~I BEACH, FIARIAP.:
Section 1. The bid of Cimaron Marine, Inc., copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North
Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies
are to be expended from Cotmcil Contingency, Account No. 61-519-99.11.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
