Section 1. The "Purchasing Regulations" attached hereto as
Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof, are hereby adopted as the
Purchasing Regulations for the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. Resolution No. 409-69 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
