A RESOLUTION OF THE VILi,AGE COUNCIL. OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA,
REPEALING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION N0. 11-80, AND APPOINTING A NEW MII~IBER
AND AN ALTERNATE MQ~IBER TO THE BOARD OF DIREGZ~ORS OF THE FIARIDA INTER-
GOVE[~MEi .NTAi. RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (FIRMA) .
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL. OF NORTH PAISI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1, That Section 2 of Resolution No. 11-80 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The Village Manager, Raympnd J. Howland, be and is
hereby appointed as the Village's representative on the Board of Directors
of FIRMA, and the Director of Finance, Donald D, Detsch, be and is hereby
appointed as an alternate to said Board of Directors.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
