ACCEPTING THE BID OF DeBRA TURF & EQUIPN~L COMPANY FOR ONE (1) THREE-F1fIEII.
CA.SOLINE TRUCK IN THE ArIJU[1I' OF $2,649.00, FROM ACCOUNT N0. 61.1-581-64.12
(CUSHMAN SCOOTER).
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VII~AGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIAA:
Section 1. The bid of DeBra Turf & Equipment Company, copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North
Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies
are to be expended from Account 61.1-581-64.12 (Cushman Scooter).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1980.
