Section 1. That RAYMONll J. }fOWLAND be, and he i.s hereby,
appointed and designated Acting Village Manager in and for the Village
of North Palm Beach and he is hereby vested with all the powers and
duties of said ofi'ice.
Sceti.on 2. As and for compensation for the services of said
Raymond J. I{owland, he shall be paid the sum of $2G,000.00 annually.
Section 3. T7ris appointment shall become effective on
July Ll., 1980, at 4:31 EDT, and shall continue thereafter at the
pleasure of the Village Cowmil.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
