FLORIllA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF ZAMBELLI INTERNATIONALS FOR FIREWORKS
DISPLAY, JULY 4, 1980, IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,800.00, FROM ACCOUNT
N0. 403-572-49.32.
BE IT RESOLVED BY T}IE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}} PALM BEACH,
PLORIllA:
Section 1. T}ie bid of Zambelli Internationale, copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. ~}03-572-49.32.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect irrunediately
upon passage.
