A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALI~i BEACH BOARD OF ADNSTMENT AND SETTING
FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIAA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustmierit of the Village of North
Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1983:
SALLY VENZARA
MARY STEVENS
FRANK YOUNG
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term
ending May 1, 1981:
1st Alternate: ARTHUR PORTZ;R
2nd Alternate: RICHARD WHISTUN
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of Adjustment
shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance
No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the m~nbers appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect i mmediately upon passage.
