A RESOLUTION OF THE VIISAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MQ~IBERS TO THE PLANNING COMVIISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PAis1 BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VTfTA(:F' COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIAA:
' Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
members of the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1982;
TAI KELSEY, Ph.D.
PEGGY ENDERS
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission for a teztn ending
May 1, 1981:
1st Alternate: KEN SCHERER
2nd Alternate: JIM LONSIY~IE
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning Commission
shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance
No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
