A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT
WIT}{ T}{F, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & REHABILITATIVE SERVICES TO PROVIDE A
' COMMUNITY SERVICE WORK PROGRAM SITE FOR CHILDREN WHO, PURSUANT TO
LAW, }LAVE BEEN MADE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
& REHABILITATIVE SERVICES.
NOW, T}IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEAC}[, FLORIDA,
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to sign that certain contract between the Village
of North Palm Beach and the State of Florida Department of Health &
Rehabilitative Services to provide community service work program sites
for children who have, pursuant to law, been made the responsibility
of the Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services. A copy of said
contract is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
e Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
