A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
' T}[E VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{~
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby
appointed an Alternate Member of the Planning Commission of the
Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1980.
2nd Alternate: THOMAS F. KELSEY, Ph.D.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning
Corrunission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3, The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4, This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
