APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEAC}{.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{~
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the Code Enforcement Board of the Village of
North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1983.

CLYDE A. DAVENPORT
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the Code Enforcement Board of the Village of
North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1982.
}{gRBERT A, WATT
NEIL M. TURNEY
Section 3. The following person be, and he is hereby
appointed a member of the Code Enforcement Board of the Village of
North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1981.
GEORGE N. FINNEY
Section 4. The duties and responsibilities of the Code
Enforcement Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II,
Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No. 19-79 and Ordinance No. 25-79 of
the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 5. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 6, This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
