A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF KING'S NURSERY FOR 26,000 SQUARE FEET
328 BERMUDA AT $0.1799 (OSBORNE PARK) IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,677.40,
FROM ACCOUNT N0. 71-581-63.72.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of King's Nursery, copy of which is attached
to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account No. 71-581-63.72.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1980.
