ACCEPTING THE BID OF CHESSER AND STRICHIAI~ID SAND CO., FOR 100 TONS OF CLAY
FOR BASEBALL DIAMONDS, UNIT PRICE $16 PER TON DELIVERID IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,600.00, FROM ACCOUNT NO. 36-572-52.24.
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VIIJAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Chesser and Strickland Sand Co., copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account No. 36-572-52.24.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon

passage.
